Ma Yuan-guang Chairman of the Group
Mr. Ma, responsible for the overall strategic planning and management
of the group, has over 30 years¡¯ management experiences in the
telecommunications industry. Having experienced whole course
of Information Technology Development in China, Mr. Ma ever
was in charged of implement Technical transfer of 4 national
projects from Harris to China and cooperation with several multinational
hi-tech firms in North America, Canada and Australia for the
introduction of various new products and new technologies to
China as well. Mr. Ma has not only rich experiences in capital
operation but also prominent foresight. |

Hu Zhi-jian CEO of the Group and Director of
board
Mr. Hu, responsible for overseeing the research and development
and production of the Group, has engaged in the R&D of communication
technologies for more than 15 years. Mr. Hu is the senior expert
in fields of network design and Information Switching technology.
He is also a forthgoer in Telecomm technology development and
policy. |

Chau Siu-Piu Executive Director
Mr. Chau is responsible for financial management, budget Control,
supervision and analysis of financial accounting of the group.
Mr. Chau has more than ten years¡¯ experience in management of
finance and invest, expecially has rich experience in enterprise
listing, merger & acquisition. |

Mr. Lv Ting-jie
Independent non-executive Director
Professor Lv is the expert about Telecommunication policy and
economics in China. He is the principal of economic colleague
in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a
tutor for doctorate students in this University as well as.
Furthermore, Professor Lv is also appointed as the committeeman
in Telecommunication Technology Committee of MII, who has wrote
¡°network economic and e-business¡±, ¡°mobile business¡± and other
academic articles. In addition to, Professor Lv is responsible
for the study of e-business development and strategy and such
kinds of significant provincial and national tasks. |

Mr. Hu is currently as the chief scientist in China Motion.,
responsible for technology research and development of the CM.
He is the Chairman in Asia- pacific of WIMAX Forum as well,
specialized in areas of data communications networking and telecommunications

Kee Eng.Lee non-executive director
Mr. Lee had served for Harris, a world-famous Telecommunications
equipment Vendor for more than 20 years. As the head of sales
of the Pan Asia Pacific region, Mr. Lee was responsible for
business management of branches in South-East Asia. Mr. Lee
also was the organizer in technical transfer from Harris to
China. |
